It has a staff of professional sailors 24 hours of the day, all equipped with a tuned radio with Channel 9 VHF marine band. They control, docking and undocking help vessels, facilitating the weather and advise users.

It has a staff of drivers, aided by a system of surveillance cameras every night of the year and 24 hours, also perform control tasks vehicle installation.
